- Site location must be within 40 km of Woodbridge, Ontario

What's Included in Pricing

Immediate Viewing – ability to see full-size sample proofs on tablet as the shoot progresses.
Minor Staging – we move around small pieces of furniture and existing decor to make the photo composition to the best of our abilities.
Web Proofs – online contact sheet of proofs with basic adjustments for review within 7 days of your shoot.
High-End Image Processing – standard exposure blending and corrections for brightness, contrast, white balance and sharpening.
Standard Licensing – non-exclusive licensing for each image to be used in marketing and advertising campaigns for an indefinite period of time. No 3rd party rights granted.
High-Res Jpegs – full set of high-resolution jpegs optimized for print and web display provided as a digital download on Dropbox.
Travel up to 40 km of Woodbridge, Ontario.

What's Not Included in Pricing

Staging – we shoot the space as is. If the space has been inhabited for 3 months+ we strongly encourage designers to be on the shoot so they can curate the space as desired. We do not provide props, decor and flowers.
Extended Processing – covers any processing beyond the complimentary standard processing; includes editing such as removal of power lines, cars, wires, debris, etc.
Equipment Rental – any unique rental equipment as determined by conversation and/or location scout.
Photo Assistant – a photo assistant may be required for large scale projects and more complex shoots.

Photo Sharing with Third Party

Split Fee – arrangements are available for two or more parties.
